Data deletion
1. Disconnect Meta
Sign in to the merchant admin and open Settings → Facebook Page / Instagram. Find the connected Page, select Disconnect and confirm. This stops new comment intake for that Page; third-party unsubscription may still need processing. You can also revoke access in Meta’s apps or business integrations settings. Disconnecting does not automatically delete existing orders.
2. Request deletion
Email the contact below with the subject ‘Data deletion request’. Include your account email, store number or relevant Page identifier and the data you want deleted. Do not send passwords, API secrets or complete card numbers. We may request necessary proof of identity and authority. Buyers can first submit their request to the merchant.
3. Verification and handling
After verification, we explain which account or connection data can be deleted, how and the expected timing. Transaction, reconciliation, dispute, security-audit or legally required records may not be deleted immediately; backups follow their lifecycle. This is a manual request process, not an automated deletion callback or a fixed processing deadline.
